Honestly - DJ is the best! I spent some time going to different tire shops in the area and was simply not satisfied. DJ provided awesome customer service from the moment I walked into the shop!! He was very friendly and welcoming. He answered all my questions without rushing & explained everything to me in-depth! He did not pressure me like other shops to make a quick sale. I was also able to get service on the same day!! Mavis Tires & Brakes - I really hope you have a reward system in place for employees like DJ @ the Winder location!

Got a nail in my tire today, brought my car in same day, Andrew helped me and repaired it right then and there. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will be returning here for all our our tires on all our cars. Also got to meet Dillon, who was very kind and assisted in the tire repair. 10/10 recommend.

Went to Mavis in Winder Ga to get new tires. On the 5th day of having those tires my front tire blows out. Not caused by a nail or hitting anything had at least 5 slits on the outside of it. Well they tried saying I needed to buy a whole new tire even though this tire was less than a week old. My name is not Karen but I did act like one and got it replaced for free. Now my car feels extremely bouncy like they didn't balance the tires properly and my back rim does not look like it was put on properly. That tire also makes a screeching sound. They reassured me everything was fine but I do not feel safe driving my car. Now I'm going to have to miss another day of work so I can take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Yeah I won't be going back there.
