Mavis Tires & Brakes

I was so blessed today by these amazing men at Mavis in Woodstock. My car battery died just as one of the workers were walking by. Not only did they realize that my battery terminal was corroded through they changed the terminal at no cost and jumped my battery. Thank you Scott and everyone in the Mavis team. God bless you for blessing me.

Neil was kind and helpful when I came in to have a tire checked. He had to locate my work order in the system (I bought the tires at an Alabama Mavis, requiring a few extra steps in their computer) but he was patient and thorough during the process, which was much appreciated, then he went over the warranty info and gave a realistic time estimate for them to get it all fixed. When I returned to pick my car up the tech actually came in and explained what the problem with the tire was, and what the warranty covered (by tread depth) and what the charges were. Although i had to deal with a tire problem, it was pretty painless getting it taken care of, and a great experience overall. Thanks again Neil!

Great overall experience with both Doug and Edwin. I stopped by to put air in my tires and they came out to assist and help answer questions regarding some upcoming maintenance I will be needing for my vehicle. I always come here for any vehicle needs and will continue to do so. Thank you again gentlemen for both being super polite, honest, and helpful.

Had a blowout and flat tire. Doug and his team were perfect in their service and coverage on repair. I particularly appreciated his professionalism and he even helped resolve a store request in another state while I was waiting in the lobby. True pro and true professional. Highly recommend!!

We were an emergency walk-in to get a replacement tire when we got a flat and the spare turned out to be defective. They had the new tire on in a matter of minutes and offered cheerful, friendly service! What a great team!
