This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a tire shop, and it is not just me. The exact same thing happened to my mother, which makes it clear that this is a recurring problem at Mavis Tire in Zachary, Louisiana. I purchased a tire that had to be ordered and was required to come in person to pay a $25 deposit before the order could be placed. The representative advised that it would take two days for the tire to arrive. I later received a call confirming that my tire was in. When I spoke with the front desk representative, he attempted to tell me that the tire I wanted replaced was “still good.” I clearly explained that I wanted it changed because it had a different tread pattern from my other tires. Travis was awesome and really helped me out when I had a flat. He got my car in and checked it out super fast. I ended up needing new tires and he helped me find a good affordable tire to go with. Car drives way smoother and I would highly recommend his services!

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Zachary! I originally stopped by on Sunday, but they were extremely busy and unable to get me in and out that day. Will took the time to speak with me and assured me that if I came back early Monday morning, he would personally make sure I was taken care of. True to his word, I came in first thing Monday, and Will made sure my tires were replaced and my alignment was done quickly and efficiently. The service was professional, timely, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and follow-through. If you’re in the Zachary area and need tire service, I highly recommend Mavis — and definitely ask for Will!
