The site manager ms lovely was awesome! I was in a rush for work and I just wanted a quick wash! My car was extremely dirty and she insisted I get the $30 wash! She took care of me!!!!Thanks for the great southern hospitality and amazing customer service! Please visit her! She's the best! FYI The wash was everything I need plus more! Rickey was a very great helper. He made sure I properly aligned my vehicle into the machine & informed me about the things that were available for my vehicle as a first time customer. Better than expected! I usually go someplace else but decided to stop over here and I'm glad I did. The service was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rickey, I believe was his name was very helpful and patient with me and knowledgeable about the services that would benefit my vehicle. Because of my experience you've gained a new repeat customer!
First time at this location. Pete walked me through everything and answer all of my questions and concerns. He did try to get me to buy a pass but the card I had on me they don’t accept so just got a single wash but I will be back to do the pass. He was very polite and informative. Thank you sir. Your kindness goes such a long way and I’m very appreciative of it.
Chasity was real helpful, nice and generous. She seen that I had a problem and went to see about my problem. My problem was fixed thanks to Chasity. Go see her in Zachary. She is really professional. Will keep coming back, so keep Chasity there😁
