A couple of weeks ago I purchased a vehicle from Automax for the SECOND time. As with my first purchase, the entire experience was comfortable, quick and tailored to how I like to shop and buy a vehicle. Zaid is attentive and amazing and Sam gets it done. Was working with Dan to sell our vehicle and he said he would take care of us. Said he would match an offer from another dealership but he wanted to get us more so had us put it on consignment and said he would keep the original deal in place. Dan sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago. We went in to let them know that we are ready to just sell it to them. They went and “talked” and cut $5k off of what Dan (the original owner) promised us!! And it has been on their lift not being driven so no extra miles on it either. Plus they never put it on the website and when I brought that up to them they kept skirting around this issue. I am going on every platform and to the Attorney General and BBB because this is so wrong!!!!! Dan never treated his customers or community this way! Plus, we know

I really appreciate the service and support I received from Arrotta's. They are the closest dealer to where I live (2+ hours away) and were very flexible with scheduling and completing the required service. The staff kept me informed on progress and did not perform any additional services without contacting me first. Thank you!

Terrible experience. They deleted my review because they don’t want people to know. I drove 9 hours to buy a vehicle and spoke with salesman and management before committing to the drive. They hid and lied about the truck having a terrible oil leak, death wobble, hard pull to the right while driving, almost no brakes, transmission or dash was swapped, the list goes on. I 100% do not recommend this dealership. They are a scam and a joke.
