Excellent customer service and mechanic work. Every aspect of the business is very professional. I could not be more pleased with the repairs and services that were performed on my truck, the courtesy of everyone at the shop, and with the very reasonable price that was charged. All of our vehicles will be going to Maxedon’s for everything. Oh, and definitely opt for their multipoint (27?) inspection. You’ll receive a link with a list of everything checked and accompanying photos. If you live anywhere close, bring your vehicle here for repairs and routine service.

I brought my vehicle in for a front-end alignment. The service was excellent! The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. My SUV drives so much smoother now. No more pulling to the right. Quick turnaround and fair pricing too. Highly recommend!

I had a flat at Walmart in Selmer, TN and asked their tired service if someone can take 5 minutes to change my tire. I understand they had other customers ahead of me, but I also had groceries that needed to be put in the fridge. They said around 4 they may have someone, I called them at 4:03 and they just gave me the runaround. So I decided to call Maxedon’s Automotive. I explained my situation and the owner personally came out and filled the tire for me just so I can get home. I will most definitely use them in the future. What is really sad is, many people are willing to point out a flat, but not one offered to help. I know how to change a tire, I just don’t have to tools to do it. Thank you again for helping a woman in need out.

Honestly I had a good experience with this car. Will they take foreign cars? No. But, they got my kia sorento fixed up nice, replaced my spark plugs, completely fixed the problem. Charged me what I think (as an ignorant person) a reasonable price. Thanks, will be taking my cars that aren't foreign here.
