Michael's Tire Shop Towing & Recovery

I just got safely home to northern Virginia yesterday due to the help and amazing kindness of the owner and staff of Michael's. My daughter, grandchildren and I drove down to clean out my father's home, and we had a flat when we arrived. The kind staff of Michael's not only put two new tires on for me, they prayed with me before I left. It was an emotionally and physically draining trip, going through so many memories, and doing so much physical work to tidy everything. Their prayers helped more than I can possibly express. Thank you so much. Your kindness was deeply appreciated.

While driving towards Hornsby on 64 for work, an unknown object punctured the sidewall of my tire. It was 90 plus degrees and pouring rain when we called this service - and they came to the rescue immediately. I was only a couple of blocks from the job they were on, but I don't doubt that service would have been just as prompt otherwise. Told me up front that my tire could not be fixed as a result of the damage and that they did not have my particular tire in stock. They installed my spare at a most reasonable price and recommended a possible stop at another tire shop on the way back home to Jackson if I felt it was necessary to replace it immediately. They deserve a 6 or a 7 on a scale of 5. Friendly, polite and efficient!

I was way overdue for an oil change when I saw Michael's sign beside Stockdale's. Less than 30 minutes later and for less than most quick- change places, the job was done, floor mats vacuumed and windshield spotless. Nice friendly folks too! I'M happy!
