I had my van inspected and an oil change at the 10200 Beach Blvd location and everyone I worked with (Brandon and Eric) were super responsive, upbeat and made sure I got what I needed without overspending. Eric thoroughly explained the results of my inspections and made solid suggestions. The office was comfortable and clean with water and coffee. Top notch experience and I highly recommend using Maxi’s for your automotive needs!

Shop was very honest with me about my car and what it would take to get it repaired. They gave me a clean cut, no bs answer and allowed me to choose whether to let them do the work or get it towed. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t worth the fix and I chose to have it towed. The tow driver left my car at the wrong house and gave my keys to a stranger. Hearing this, the guys at the shop went to bat for me and defended me in the situation. Joe was able to get me a full refund on the tow. The work I was able to get done by them was flawless and they were able to tell me just what it would take in order to get it working. I trust them and would definitely recommended them for future car needs.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop!! They were very communicative and easy to work with and very transparent about what they were doing and charging for. They send you a link to their full inspection which highlights suggested/required work with notes and photos. I’ve never felt that comfortable in a shop before and now I won’t take my car anywhere else but Maxi’s!!
