Mayo Autoworks #3 | Harker Heights Auto Repair

My daughter needed an oil change before she took a road trip.It was the middle of my work day so I gave Mayo Autowork to see if they could accommodate. From the time I called the customer service was stellar. I was able to schedule for 230 pm. Upon arrival I was greeted and was told the how long the wait would be.The waiting area is immaculate. They had snack and coffee for their patrons. Wait time was less than expected. Overall 10/10 experience and would highy recommend

Quick and to the point service! For my Audi I only get her the best and Mayo in Harker Heights did just that. Appointment was easy to make and the location is just perfect as I was able to get in and out without having to drive all across town. Compared to other foreign car service centers in the area who take the majority of a day to do my oil change Mayo had me in and out in about 2 hours. Knowledgeable service reps answered all my questions and my car is ready for another 6000 miles!!

My experience at Mayo Autoworks#3 was outstanding. I had multiple warning lights appear. After they ran a full diagnostics they explained each item that needed to be fixed and the cost. After which they also explained the severity if i did not go ahead with the fix. There was one item that they could not fix because of the part being on back order. They suggested that i go to dealer to order the part only because they could track it and it would be in the system hoping the part could get here sooner. Not at any time was i forced to make the repair. They also mentioned that they do have some financing available if i needed it. Amazing customer service and incredibly fast mechanics. I brought my car in for a simple service yesterday, and they were able to spot a few more issues I never would’ve known about, thank God they caught them early! Charles and Logan were super helpful, and the technicians worked quickly and efficiently. I’m really grateful for the fast, honest service. Highly recommend! 10/10

Awesome. Customer service and great prices. The staff is courteous and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the team kept me updated throughout the entire process. The service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of work was excellent. I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands.
