I enjoyed the service I received at Midas in Harker Heights, specifically my interactions with Gary. He's a straightforward, genuine guy from what I can tell & I appreciated his feedback. It did suck that I had to pay $96 just for a battery replacement but I guess that's paying for the shop price. I feared that Walmart or some random mechanic wouldn't do it right & I'm sure the dealership would've charged even more. Regardless, I am happy with the service, 40 minutes & I was good to go. He even opened the shop a few minutes early because I arrived before opening & he remembered me from the day before. Thanks, Gary!

Friendly and professionalism was helpful. Service manager was patient and have good customer service. The friendly ness was felt toward customers and between employees. They know their repeat customer by name and thank them for their services. Did not receive a 5 Star because to busy on this Saturday to provide services 🤔 Keep up the good work.

Went here to get warranty work done from another location in San Antonio to this location. Took the San Antonio location over a week to send my paperwork over to get my struts changed out. They claimed they sent this several times but had not. Luckily my kids went to San Antonio and was able to get the copies I needed for me. They claimed to be having Internet issues for over a week. It was very frustrating for me to keep calling the Harker heights location daily to see if they had my copies to proceed. Gary was very patient with me and made sure we finally got it done. Just so you know if you have warranty work done you still have to pay the labor costs which in my case was $160.00 which is better than the quote price of $486.28 to put the struts back on plus the labor cost. Love Midas, went for an oil change and they make sure to check the other stuff for you too and let you know how much it would be to fix. They let me know about my coolant before it became a big issue. Gary at the front counter has fantastic customer service. I was also able to redeem a coupon for the oil change!

Gary is a great advisor, knowledgeable and honest. I really appreciated his advice. This place offers excellent prices, they changed my car oil for an unbeatable price. I strongly recommend this place to the community
