ided to stop in & get my tire plugged ( instead of driving 30 extra minutes to my dealership where my tire warranty is) was met by a lovely young lady who greeted me & make sure I got in & out the door . One of the most easy breeezy car repair experiences I’ve had. Very clean, put together & friendly. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road & on time for work !

fast, honest, professional. trustworthy people work here. we’ve used a few shops in the area and these guys are by far the best. have help both me and my husband’s cars now and both times have been exceptional experiences

Took my truck in for a repair. Repair worked out fine (cost $1200+). But then... My battery light started coming on intermittently. They hadn't connected the terminals properly. A week later, the coolant hose came off while driving to work, spraying coolant all over the engine and ruining the ignition boots. Luckily I was near my old mechanic and was able to, just barely, get the truck in for service - which cost me an additional $600+ ($700+ since I also needed to use Uber for work). Also, my car radio now turns off intermittently (sign of yet another faulty connection?). One loose connection might just be an oversight. Two or more = pure negligence. I have been fortunate enough to have had Reuben as my mechanic for years. Let me first say that he is simply and AMAZING human being, and that shines through in his work. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, experienced, extremely skilled...and goes above and beyond, always! Literally, the world is better because of him! Of course, I will continue to support this business! (If I had a million dollars to give them, I would! There is never a time when I have not received the best of care and concern. I truly appreciate them!)

My husband has dealt with Al for over 15 years from when he was originally back Northfield a.k.a Pearl Auto. He’s honest and reliable and always has been very good to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable.
