Mazda City of Orange Park Service

I had an amazing experience at Mazda of Orange Park. Steve and Antonio helped my daughter get her first new car, a 2025 Mazda CX-5, and we are very thankful for them. As someone who does not speak English very well, I really appreciated how patient and kind they were. They took their time to explain the price, the paperwork, and every step of the process in a way I could understand. They made sure I felt comfortable and never rushed or confused. Steve and Antonio were honest, professional, and very helpful. They truly cared that we understood everything before moving forward. The service was great. The place, clean and had refreshments. Was notifies by text with the video inspection and recommendation of other services. We also got a courtesy car wash. These little perks makes. Dustin, was great too. He explained all services that were scheduled and also the ones that were recommended. There was no pressure to accept the recommended ones.

Darren was great he is always nice. I was concerned about my heater core and Darren helped me so much. I am thankful because the Mazda staff try to take care of me. I will always love Mazda because their cars are amazing.
