Mazda Lakeland Service Center

Wow where do I start. From start to finish the experience was smooth, transparent, and simple. Customer service was great and they helped with all my questions about my 2013 Mazda 3. They even provide a video of the mechanic inspecting the video which gave me huge piece of mind. They do not complete any work on the vehicle unless you approve. Yes you will pay dealership prices but, you will receive dealership service which was exceptional. I even got a free carwash after paying. Side note their bathrooms were Publix level clean!

Purchased a new car from Mazda Lakeland. Brian was the best and showed me all the features and how to use them, including how to actually use the start button and not the auto button! . He took me for a short scenic ride to test drive the vehicle. Keith in finance was great as well, super friendly and explained everything from top to bottom. I have had several dealings with Mazda Lakeland on 98S so far, and each one has been an A+ experience from sales to service. Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at the Mazda Lakeland Service Department. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the employees were professional, friendly, and very attentive. They went above and beyond by filling up the gas tank and washing my SUV, which was a wonderful surprise. The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I am a very loyal customer to this Mazda Lakeland service center. I've been going there for a year and a half now and have always had an amazing experience ranging from the cleanly, comfortable waiting area to the top-notch customer service of the service reps. If something ever goes wrong, they go above and beyond to make it right (even if it's not their fault or was an accident!) and WELL over compensate you for your trouble. They are very supportive of responding to feedback and making sure their customers are happy. If you are looking for a trusted service center, look no further!

I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have brought my car here more than three times for the same issue, and it still has not been fixed. Every visit feels like a waste of time, gas, and patience. If you care about your car, do not bring it here. After their maintenance and service, my vehicle was returned worse than before—everything misaligned, parts falling apart, and even cables left exposed. They keep promising they will fix it, yet nothing ever gets resolved. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and peace of mind.
