I recently hit some debris in the road and had the repairs performed here over the course of what would wind up being 7 weeks. While this feels like a long time to be without my car, I would have been okay with this had they been more up front about the timeline. Instead, I was told it'd be ready "tomorrow" or "early next week" every time I checked in, only to watch that time come and go without an update until I asked again. Rinse, repeat. Because of the delay, they offered a "good discount" without getting into specifics for my patience. This ended up being a bit under 4.5% off, which I wouldn't brag about being good but that's not why I'm mentioning it. Long story short: 5 years ago I took my car in to have the air conditioner in my Mazda 3 serviced and they did their inspection of everything else, too. They called to say they recommended a transmission fluid flush and replacement and I said no, I planned to do that myself. Fast forward to driving home, when my engine completely seized and the car was dead on the side of the road. I paid to have it towed home where I confirmed my suspicions that they had drained my transmission fluid, not replaced it, and therefore the car was rendered useless without thousands of dollars in repairs. I feel like I got fair pricing and honest assessments. They were slow and not the best at communicating but they were short staffed due to illness so its understandable.

Great !! I got my passenger mirror cover taken off by a car wash. Called parts dept and very helpful, got it the next day. The Service staff very helpful and checked my mirror to make sure it was working properly. Luckily, I only needed the cover. They even offered to install when it came in. And I didn't buy my Mazda this dealer. I will get my maintenance and any services from this dealer. Best service experience!
