Mazda of Morristown Service

I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 CX-5 in May 2023, and my experience from day one has been nothing short of frustrating. From the finance process to routine maintenance and now warranty service, the dealership has shown itself to be untrustworthy, careless, and unwilling to do things properly. Here are three examples: 1. Finance Department – Dishonest Practices When finalizing the purchase, I dealt with Melvin, the finance manager. While I was reviewing the paperwork, he suddenly made a loud distraction in his office. In that moment, I noticed he had changed the agreed-upon price by adding a few hundred dollars. Originally gave 5 stars but last service had me deciding to never use a dealership for service again. I had K&N Lifetime Filters (over $100) in the car, all of them with huge orange and red stickers stating to not remove them. The mechanics ripped off the stickers, removed the filters and replaced them then charged me for replacement filters. Ladies beware, because I'm pretty sure this would never happen to a guy.

EDITED: after posting my review Kervis immediately reached out to me to see if I'd be willing to talk to him about my experience. During our call he explained he listened to the calls and reviewed my car's work and apologized for how the whole situation was handled and wanted to make it up to me. Due to the incredible service that Kervis provided me after the fact to try to correct the situation was top quality service and reminded me why I took my car to Mazda of Morristown. Due to Kervis' outstanding customer service I'm changing my review from one star to three. Dropped my 2021 CX-30 off mid-March for a check engine light (expected it to be temperature guage). Told them I was going put of state for the week. Four days later they finally looked at my car confirmed it was temp gauge but

I took my daughter's car for an oil change. The tech did the oil change and rotated the tires, checked all the filters and changed them. They guy even put a paper floor mat to keep the car clean. So happy with this service!

Visited this place for one of the cars I was interested in. The car was good but there were few missing features which we couldn't observe on the website or pictures. We had some price disagreement with the sales person (Alex) and instead of working though the negotiation or denying my offer, he behaved immature and disrespectful. I could see it on his face and body language that we should leave the place. Never going back.
