We were initially interested in a used car within their dealer network; they worked hard to get the vehicle to us from MD. Despite management trying to bring the car to us, the car was not ready to leave the home lot due to a required cosmetic part. All the while, management kept us informed. Zero-Star Complaint for Safford Brown Nissan of Sterling I have been a loyal customer for 18 years, but after my most recent experience, I will never set foot in Safford Brown Nissan of Sterling again. Their service is beyond unacceptable, and their so-called "price match guarantee" is a complete joke. I provided multiple lower quotes from United Tire, Sears, and even Walmart, yet they refused to honor any of them. Their excuses? * United Tire: "We simply don't honor it." * Sears: "The tires must be physically in-store." * Walmart: "The tires have to be in stock." It didn't matter how many valid competitors I presented--the parts department were looking for every excuse not to price match.
