I have to give special thanks to Jesse Hill, Michella Mori, Mel Worsham, and Ahmed Hameed for their dedication and earned trust. This was my first vehicle purchase, so I did a ton of research ahead and visited multiple places. The preparation took a lot of time and effort but it allowed me to feel confident when visiting a dealership. I decided a CX-5 Premium Plus in Platinum Quartz as the car that will carry me into my next chapter. It’s highly rated by the IIHS, offers features so I won’t feel I’m missing out on 6–10 years down the line, and strikes the Goldilocks balance of comfort and value. When I visited a Toyota dealership last week, I was surprised to receive their OTD quotes for a new Camry or RAV-4 at the lowest trim came close to $40k. A CX-5 PP in comparison simply felt right.

This service center was clean, efficient and friendly. They gave me a loaner for the time of the repair. The loaner was a clean and fueled up 2026 CX-5. I could feel the Mazda experience shine through here. I wanted to test drive the CX-5 and it drove great. When I arrived and admitted I hadn't fueled up, they gave me grace and asked me to just fuel it up next time. Everything was covered by the Mazda drive-train warranty and now Stevie (the name of my CX-30) is all fixed. I loved getting to test a different Mazda, but I do love my CX-30. Both vehicles have that really nice body design and it is refreshing to see that even in the 2026 model, all the controls were where I would have expected them to be. Safford Brown Nissan Sterling service department and ASBEL get five stars from me! My Nissan Rogue had an electrical problem for over five months. No one could figure it out. Last week Matthew, the service manager reached out to me. I explained my problem. He offered to set up an appointment. On Monday the Rogue was at Safford Brown Nissan Sterling and they found the problem. It was a lose wire! I now have a fully functioning power seat and I am one happy customer.

This dealership has an electric charging station. I have one of their electric cars. The dealership refuses to let their customers use the charging station, even if the customer is willing to pay for the electricity. This charging station is useless to Nissan customers.
