Dave @ MB Auto reassured me today that there are still good people in this world. I never write reviews, but my experience was worth the 5 stars and more. I was referred to MB Auto and Dave as he specializes in Mercedes. I had a fuel smell in my car and wanted it checked out. I explained to Dave that I was in from out of town and asked if there was any chance he could see me same day; he said absolutely. He looked at my car right away, put it up on the lift, confirmed his findings, checked my VIN# and realized I had a manufacturer's warranty for the issue. He told me if I took it to a dealer, they'd be able to fix it for free. He not only printed out the warranty doc for me, but wouldn't charge me for his time. Have a Mercedes? Look no further! Dave is absolutely fantastic. You will not meet anyone more knowledgeable when it comes to a Mercedes. Very reliable, robust, effective and efficient. He uses authentic Mercedes software and parts in every job which made me very confident in his abilities. Fully equipped with the tools, parts, and knowledge for the job whether services, engine repairs ⚙️ or any malfunctions. He got the job done within the agreed timeframe for an extremely reasonable price. In my opinion you are better off here than at a dealers, where you are just another number. People like this deserve a sixth star! I fully recommend!
