I drove for 3 hours to get to this dealership from Champaign, IL. My 4 person family came to look at their large selection of Aliner's, which we think will fit us perfect. We drove off with a Aliner Scout. It was hard to decide which one we wanted. My wife had done her homework on prices and M.B Thomas has the best prices, we even looked in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. We were so impressed with the staff, Lonee, Justin, and Patty were just so friendly. They were genuinely concerned we got the right camper for us and our car. They didn't try to push us into anything. It is easy to tell they are honest people with honest prices. (Also they practiced social distancing maintaining 6ft during these scary times).

What I liked most about this location was the staff. Not only were they friendly and attentive, but they were not vultures. There was nothing I felt pressured into. They were very informative for all of my question. Finally, they even addressed gaps in my knowledge that I didn't know to ask. Update: June 22, 23 today was the day I was able to pick up my rv! Due to personal circumstances it took much longer than expected to get name change documents completed. They helped me every step of the way. They were patient and kind. They even gave me a thorough run through of my rv. And when something didn't check out properly that was included in the bill of sale they immediately fixed it to the best of their ability.

My parents purchased a motorhome from MB Thomas in 2018 and they have serviced it continuously since. For the past 7 years we have been extremely satisfied with the quality and fair pricing. Kudos to Lonnie (owner), his son Chris (the service manager), Charlie (the lead mechanic) and James (the detailer). You guys have made RV’ing most enjoyable for our family.

Nice service department but system and building are so old. Unbelievable that you have to walk across the street if you have to pay with credit something from the store. No AC in the store 😳. Omg this is not year 1938 🤦🏼‍♀️
