Have been bringing my car here for awhile and will never return. The business was sold/partnered with a new owner and now they price gouge! Needed the transmission fluid and coolant added with part costs of $29 and labor or $180! Shame of them for a simple request and then taking advantage!!!

Con artists. Do not bring your car here. Held my car for a month. Actually did attach a front bumper but did not do any of the other work they said that they did. Charged me an extra thousand for doing absolutely nothing.

Call around to several shops including two dealerships, and no one could fit me in to have a battery replacement. I used to take my old Mercedes to this shop, so I decided to give them a call. I decided to go on their website and make an appointment for the next morning. I was called back within an hour of making the appointment by the owner, and we discussed the issue. He told me to bring the car in the following morning and he would replace the battery. I was in and out in less than an hour! I highly recommend this shop!!!

Victor diagnosed the problem immediately upon telling them about what the transmission was doing in my ML320. They ordered the parts and had the car ready at the time they had promised as well as helping me to go back and forth to and from work. Very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them for Mercedes maintenance and repair.

Had my 325i for a total of 6 months, 2 different visits, $1200 total and still did not fix the problem I had taken it there for. Bonus was the dent they put in the hood! Never again with these folks!
