Picked up a screw in front tire. Went to McClain's at about 3 pm WITHOUT an appointment to see if they had someone that could fix it for me. One of the guys said yeah just give us a few minutes. They finished the oil change they were working on then pulled me right in. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The only complaint that I have is that the guy that repaired my tire came over to me when it was done and handed me the screw that was in my tire and said here's your $20 screw. I paid him the $20 and he pulled my car out and around to the side of the garage. As I was walking out and around another guy told me that it would be $15. I told him that I had already paid the guy pulling my car out. I was okay paying $20 because I just drove up and got pretty much got right in but I did

I have used them for at least 20 years.I remember when I taught at Matthews Elementary in Sikeston, they would pick up the car while I taught and deliver it back to me by day's end. They were wonderful then and wonderful now. The team is always professional and friendly. Try them, you'll like them!!!

Call 3 times and no answer, what kind of establishment is this. No one answer phones anymore. I was calling to ask some simple questions. If you ready to waste your day and be ignored by staff, you’re in the right place. My fiancé went it to ask about inspecting our car, he was completely ignored and a customer on the side told him to park behind the car up front. A good 20 mins go by not a word or update from any staff.
