Plaza Tire Service

I had a 2:00PM appointment for and oil change and tire check. They were extremely busy with walk-ins, appointments, etc. I waited for almost two hours for my vehicle to be finished. However, the wait was relaxing, and the staff was pleasant and congenial. Things happen and it's sometimes necessary to adust your plans accordingly.

Charged $165 to connect a reader that AutoZone will let you use for free to do a diagnostic. Attempted to charge me $40 per spark plug plus $360 for labor on spark plug changes. Then did an oil change and tire rotation after I told them not to once they sent me the diagnostic.

Had an appointment that they cancled without notifying me. Went to the shop and was told they couldnt get to my vehicle today because they were swamped. I think that appointments should be held above walk ins but i guess this company doesn't care about pre existing agreements. And to add this place is so over priced and slow. Came to have my breaks checked just a few days prior and was there for nearly 3 hours. Shouldn't take that long to check breaks. What a joke. Get more mechanics.

Appointment was booked for 9am. Car wasn't looked at until 11:45 almost three hours. Fixed breaks three new tires took form 12:00 to almost 4:00 as soon as we drove the car off the lot notice the back wheel was messed up could of wrecked got injured who knows had to come back so they could fix it after being there 7 hours. The people working on the car that day are completely at fault had a attitude because they messed up at their own job dropped $1700 for a whole day worth of a joke very slow service what's the point of making appointments?? And the messed up thing is we've been going to them for years but never again unless somethings changes sorry guys but y'all did us wrong today

They got me in as soon as possible and did a fantastic job on my tires. The customer service was exceptionally fantastic and they have a coffee bar for customers while you wait!
