Mc Vey's Repair

We had a 10-month-old Samsung microwave fail while it was still under warranty. Samsung submitted a service request to McVey's out of Booneville. McVey's came to our home and removed our microwave, taking it to their shop for repair. We were later called and told to pick it up ourselves once it was fixed. This made no sense, as Samsung explicitly advised that McVey's would be responsible for reinstalling the microwave. Not only did McVey's never attempt to reinstall it, but they also tore the mounting bracket out of our wall and left us to deal with the damage. When we went to pick up the microwave, we discovered a new dent in the door, clearly from handling. Our appliances are practically brand new and had no scratches or damage prior to this. McVey's showed no concern or accountability

Lazy people. Came to my house and practically stood there and unscrewed a couple bolts to Make it look like they was doing something and never got my washer and dryer fixed. Also very rude for absolutely no reason.

Unprofessional. Rude. They act like they know what they are doing - don't waste your time. Call another repair company.

Their customer service is outstanding. Every repair they have done for me has been fast and efficient.

In today's world, I'm always surprised whenever a company shows tactfulness and professionalism. McVey's did both. I had a Whirlpool Refrigerator acting up, and I scheduled a repair for the next day. That morning I got a call to explain my issue and a confirmation of arrival time. The gentleman showed up on time, got right to work, and had it fixed in a matter of a couple of hours. It was a simple fix for someone in the know and I was charged a fair price accordingly. Would recommend.
