⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had one of the best car wash experiences I’ve ever had at McBee’s Coffee & Carwash in Independence, MO. From start to finish, the staff was personable and welcoming. Wyatt was the rep I worked with, and he went above and beyond—he was polite, very helpful, and even made me an amazing iced coffee that honestly rivaled some coffee shops. The car wash itself did an excellent job cleaning my car. I also noticed the cloth brushes seemed softer than what I’ve seen at other washes, which made me feel a lot better about how my car’s finish was being treated. As a nice bonus, they gave me a free car freshener, which was a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel complete. Do not attach your bank/credit card to monthly subscriptions, it's impossible to cancel and they will continue to charge you. McBees Car washing experience is decent, the staff was welcoming and the dog washing tub is a nice bonus. One main problem is that I drive a minivan so the paint has been slowly brushed off the top, paint has been chipped off the sides and rubber seals from my windows have been ripped off from the pressure. But I guess that's to be expected from a company that's not liable for any damages. The other problem I faces was when I tried to cancel my monthly subscription. I've called every phone number and all I get is AI, telling me my cancellation has been successfully processed and a representative will call me. Love my car wash! Membership has been a blessing. Wasnt sure how much it would be worth it, but then it became spring... So instead of wanting to unalive birdies for doing their business on my car daily, I just go through mcbees and leave as a much happier person! ♡

It’s winter and I was driving through a blizzard last week so my car was pretty coated in the dirt and snow that had been caked on. There was some remnants left in the harder to reach places that wiped off fine after the wash. All in all a great experience. I don’t have kids but think they would love going through this carwash with all of the colorful lights they have going on!

Love this wash! Best employees at all the locations. That makes a huge difference when you are choosing which automatic car wash to go to. The one on 24 hwy by 291 has the sweetest, kindest young ladies. I’ve seen them have to deal with horrible customers before and they are still so kind. They have some great coffee too!
