Absolutely the BEST company we have had the privilege of working with in a long time! Can't recommend them enough!! Jessy is incredibly helpful and provided timely updates. It always sucks to break down and need a tow, but these guys took a little bit of pain out of the whole experience. Reasonable rates, excellent service and communication.

Recommended by Toys Done Right; I called to schedule a pickup that would be having an insurance adjuster inspection upon removal. The staff (woman, name I can’t remember) was courteous and more than helpful. Flexible with pickup time if needed but I requested asap and they were here in <20mins to DT area. 💯⭐️

The crew at McCanns/ Tegeler’s did a FANTASTIC job towing my SUV from an accident. The highlight of the awful afternoon was having Chris show up, ensure our safety and take good care of our vehicle. To top it all off, Chris offered (I didn’t even have to ask) to drop me off at my wife’s office so that she could take me back to work. I’m certain he had better things to do and it was much appreciated. My highest recommendation.

Best Service EVER! We were stranded from out of town and needed to get our car towed to the Chevy Dealership in IL. Don't remember our drivers name but it was on Sunday July 2nd. He came and got us from the side of the rode, delivered our car to the dealer, AND gave us a ride to the airport to catch our flight!!! What great service....we will never forget!

Showed up with the paperwork the state trooper that had my vehicle towed told me to come with & the lady at the front desk/answering the phone lied and said I needed more paperwork because that means they get to collect more money cause this was a Friday.
