Had a great experience with Jason Moss when I came in for my CR-V service. He was honest and upfront. Knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend.

The scheduling process was easy and lots of times available. The service man who made the appointment was friendly and answered all my questions. The drop was quick and seamless. The staff that checked us in were also very for sly and answered questions. The text messages for tracking status and notifications when the car was ready was great!

Explained what was going on. I first took car to place where they checked battery, said it was good. Then went to Honda, they checked battery said ok, good. So the next day my car in the garage and it didn't Start!!! They did not do any checking on possible short. We had a window short and was fix at Honda. Some what rude , didn't want to hear about my concerns. I was upset and got mad . I'm not sure I will be back. My mom got the Honda in 2007.p

The customer service was fantastic! Allison did an amazing job explaining everything about the service and how long it would take — and they finished right on time! This was our first visit to oil change and we are very satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you

Awful experience. I was one of the first in the service bay in the morning and I had a two hour wait just to get a new battery installed. Which is all that I asked for nothing more. The car did not need service. It had just been recently serviced. Instead, I waited for over two hours and was finally sent a text which outlined that I needed over $3000 of additional service. What a rip off —-I only wanted the battery. Their new system where you get a video of someone tearing apart your car is quite alarming and disturbing —if they were going to do something like that I should’ve been informed at the beginning. Its like taking a child to the doctor for a scraped knee. You are expecting some Bactine and a Band-Aid and instead they do exploratory surgery and recommend a heart transplant! Not h
