We purchased our first travel trailer from Melanie at the Sanger location. We read horror stories of other dealers. She was very helpful. She asked about our needs and catered our lot tour based on what we wanted. She didn’t try to upsell anything and it was a low-pressure and relaxing experience. They allowed our boxer dogs inside of the dealership and were very accommodating while we were waiting. The ‘show out’ process was great. They spent over an hour with us explaining all of the features of our new trailer and answered any questions we had. They recommended and installed a top of the line anti-sway trailer hitch on our truck for us and the cost was reasonable. Overall, we’re thrilled with our new trailer and had a great experience. Our experience at McClain’s was great! We were not expecting to find something we loved, but Chad Weiner listened to our wants and needs to help us find the PERFECT 5th wheel for our family. From the moment we walked in he wanted to hear what WE were looking for. From there, the process was painless and actually very enjoyable! We walked several and he saved the best for last. The manager, Chase, was helpful and listened to our concerns with a part of the paperwork, Trey in service walked us through everything and explained our rig from head to toe, and Aaron in financing was great as well! We had an amazing experience at McClain's Longhorn RV. Kory Lewis did an absolutely great job in helping us trade in our Van and upgrade to a Class C. The trade in process was painless and Kory was able to get us a spot at Koa Journey to test out our new rv. We had an amazing experience from Kory Lewis in Sales to Aaron House in Finance. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. They really took care us. We had a great walk through of your new rig which answered a ton of questions. 10/10!!!!!
