I had a great experience with Randy’s Shop when my car suddenly wouldn’t start. It was a stressful situation, but the team at Randy's Shop handled everything quickly and professionally. They diagnosed the issue fast, explained clearly what was wrong, and fixed it without any unnecessary upselling. The pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. Most importantly, my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic, but Randy’s Shop definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable auto repairs!

The mechanics do great work, are friendly and pretty fast as well! Ashley is awesome, friendly, and even took me home when I dropped off my car! They were able to get me in pretty quickly and the price for the work was very reasonable! I am a REPEAT customer and will keep going back for my auto needs! Thank you all!

I want to share my personal experience with Randy’s of Sanger regarding repairs to our truck in September–November 2024. Our truck broke down around September 3–4, 2024 and was towed to Randy’s for repairs. We didn’t get it back until October 3rd. As soon as we picked it up, we began having repeated issues with the truck failing to start. We had to tow it back to Randy’s multiple times. Because the truck had a SmartStart device installed, Randy called SmartStart out to check it. We were told the device was functioning correctly and had nothing to do with the issue of the no start. We also had the truck sent to SmartStart for an evaluation which we were told everything on their end was good and not related to the truck not starting. Despite that, the truck continued to have starting issues.

Ashley at the front is very helpful, friendly and honest. Bryan who worked on my truck was also great - He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. I highly recommend Randy’s to anyone in the area needing work done on their vehicle.
