The 2 older gentleman that helped me when my tcv went out were absolutely amazing. They made me very comfortable as a first time customer. They were able to get my car in the shop and fixed in 2 days. Will be my go to place in eureka if needed
Always friendly, prompt and reasonable. Been coming for years. Even bought them a box donuts. Waiting area has decent chairs. Update: 11/17/23 Went again today, same awesome people, same good service, same comfy chair. I wish they still had the comfy waiting room upstairs. The couch was nice and they had a television. It was taken away during Covid and never brought back.
Have had McCrea's work on my pickup twice, 2 different issues. Always professional, prompt & great customer service. I'd highly recommend them!
These guys were great, they fixed a faulty valve for free and even called to remind me (and waited for me) when I got the date to come in wrong. Wish more companies would give such nice service.
Ask for Charlie! He is a great sales consultant!!
