McDevitt Trucks

Brought my motor coach (Diesel Pusher) in for service...oil change etc. They also performed a safety check of the vehicle. I now have a fuel leak that I didn't have prior and the A/C belt is so loose it can be derailed by hand. Nice work. Take my money and the customer will never know....until they breakdown for something that was totally preventable. Isn't that why they call it preventive maintenance ??? At $150.00 per hour this place failed to impress me. Check this place off the list.

It's not mcdevitt's anymore I've been dealing with Greg in service and he is very professional and right to the point, no upsells and no gimmicks going to to be a long term relationship with that service dept. Hopefully sales will match their professionalism and commitment to there customers

I needed an adjustment on my trailer hitch receiver, while visiting the area. Greg helped me on short notice, and at no charge. I definitely came to the right place. Thank you!

I've been a heavy equipment and truck mechanic for 25 years. After 5 years of dealing with the Lancaster parts department, I've formed enough of an opinion to give an honest review. The McDevitt parts department in Lancaster consistently has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced, they are extremely rude on the phone and make you feel like you're wasting their time when calliing for Mack and Western Star parts. Not once In 5 years have they returned a phone call and if you order something that is backordered, they'll never tell you, you'll find out after a week when you call for a status on an order that hasn't been delivered yet. Most excellent truck/motor coach repair company. Excellent and quick and knowledgeable staff. Travis in particular. He exceeded in his customer service skills. Very timely too. They did what they said they would do and when it would be done.
