We are so grateful to NC Ford Collision Center. Crystal was communicative, helpful, and extremely accommodating. There were several areas on our truck that needed attention due to a fender bender. I picked it up today and the work done was impeccable. Many thanks to all that had a hand in making it happen!

Back in November I was in a collision with a deer in my car that I had just bought 3 weeks prior. I must say that I am 110% satisfied and impressed with the job that these guys did fixing my car and restoring it back to the same shape it was in prior to the accident. The car was fixed and back to me in roughly 45 days, which only took that long because it took Progressive 16 days just to send an adjuster out to assess it, as soon as they got the go ahead from progressive, they got right to work on it and communicated with me throughout the whole process, and when it wasn't able to be completed within the original planned timeframe due to waiting on parts (that's shipping during Christmas time for you!), Even gave me a loaner car free of charge so that I could go see my family for the holid

I needed to rent a car for a business/personal trip out of state. I cannot explain how easy and thoughtful the process was here. Crystal, the shop manager was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. It made the whole experience better especially not dealing with the big box car rental places that charge hidden costs. I'd like to say thank you again and you'll always have my business from here on.
