I love these people. They genuinely make you feel welcomed and like they care. They've always been prompt to get with me when I showed up. They've been fair with pricing and did a good job. And a bonus is the woman at the counter has always had a decent sense of humor. Never experienced a bad attitude with employees here which is common in many places that do similar work, that stands out.

Been using them exclusively for tires, repairs, rotations for the past 5 years. Always friendly, reliable, quick, and professional. Their customer service is impeccable. I haven’t had a bad experience and they try to go the extra mile every time. Would recommend to everyone

I had a nail in my tire so I had to drive there on a dummy tire. McDonald tire 2 addressed my concerns promptly & professionally. I’ve come here a few times before & thought they were already better than others in the area for unbeatable prices & good tire service but could improve in customer service. Boy! they must’ve went back to the drawing board. The service I received today was white glove standard. I don’t know who’s running ship around there but from the ladies in the office, prices & the extremely hard working men, they have raised the bar for outstanding customer service & tire service in Baton Rouge. Unmatched.
