I am visiting from Georgia while handling my mother's estate here in MD and I sought out Jeff's services to help me get her car back in shape due to a few mechanical issues and the fact it had been sitting unused for over 2 years. He was very upfront, honest, fast work, fair pricing, highly knowledgeable/professional, and did an amazing job!! The car I sent him came back looking and driving fantastic. I was told by a Winchester VA. repair shop that I had to have my Lower Tie rod ends replaced and both outer ball joints on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was sent to Jeff because something didn't sound right from this "Inspection Failure" from Winchester VA. Turned out the Jeep only needed Outer Ball joints and BOOTS for the tie rod ends. The price was incredible with McDowell's, in Winchester VA. they wanted over $1400.00 for the repairs. Jeff replaced the ball joints and put new boots on the tie rod ends, and much to my amazement less than 1/2 the cost of Winchester and it was repaired beyond my expectations. Jeff was highly recommended by long time friends, so I contacted him to discuss the issues. I am not local to him, but after discussing the problems scheduled the repairs. His original budget was very fair and in the end there were a few things he determined were not needed. Being a true professional and unlike many shops today he did not do unnecessary work. I drove 2 hours each way because I needed to know the work would be done right. He surpassed all expectations, and well under original estimate. You can not ask for better service. When you need work done go to Jeff ... it will be done right and at fair price.
