McFadden's Friendly Motors

We saw a truck online that we wanted to test drive. We pulled into McFadden and located it. We walked over and were met by Ondra, a friendly and conscientious, young man. He immediately met our needs by setting up a test drive. After we did we wanted to see if McFadden would honor the online price that had discounts. Ondra and Jeremy at McFadden not only honored all the discounts (immediately, not waiting for rebates) they came up with even a better price! We were so impressed with the way McFadden worked with us and the low pressure experience! They even beat the low interest rate we had applied for from our credit union. When all was said and done we had a tank full of gas, a clean truck, a fully charged battery, plates on and sticker attached, and a whole car wash bucket to take home! O

Awesome group of sales people there. I had a great experience. Ondra was wonderful and helpful. Regan was a great help as well. Last Saturday my wife and I drove buy and seen a nice looking Durango. We stopped and made an appointment to take a look. Best car purchase for me ever I have bought many cars . But these people were a great experience. And it was Regans 3rd day lol.(joking) Thank you McFaddens for all your support.

We went in two weeks ago, and were looking at one SUV and walked away with another! Keith was awesome when we test drove a few vehicles and Jeremy made it happen! I cannot recommend or thank them enough for everything they did for my husband and I! They stayed well past closing working on everything and getting it squared away. Thank you again McFadden! I had a great experience at McFadden’s when purchasing my 2022 Ford Explorer. Scott DeWitt was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped get me into an SUV that I absolutely love. I’m so happy with my purchase and truly appreciate how easy and positive the experience was. Unfortunately not the first time having a bad repair experience here. This time dropped the truck off 2 weeks ago, advised what trouble shooting was done and what direction we wanted them to look. Nope, did not listen. They then did not have the truck ready for pick-up on the day we had advised we needed it back, we called and were put off as they were looking at what they could do because it now would not shift into gear and was in the repair bay. Not what we brought it in for and they don't work on transmissions.(But they would be happy to replace it at our cost) Found all that out at 5pm on Friday when we needed it back for work after 2 weeks at home. Picked it up Monday with a car hauler, shifted just fine, got it home checked codes, warmed it up, still same issue we took it in for, b
