Five Stars – Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience with McFarland and Sons Garage. I brought in my 2022 Audi Q3 due to an oil leak. After inspecting the vehicle, they informed me that the repair should be covered under my warranty and recommended having it picked up by the dealer. Thanks to their honesty, I had Ciocca Audi of Allentown pick up the vehicle and complete the repair. Audi claimed the issue was fixed and even offered an optional oil change—for over $300. I declined and returned to McFarland for the oil change at a much more reasonable cost. During that visit, they noticed the car was still leaking, though less than before, and again suggested I take it back to Audi. Don’t know how good they are or aren’t. I called to ask if they would put shock absorbers in my car, that I already bought because I wanted specialty shocks for my 4 inch lift Jeep, and they told me they refuse to do it, unless I buy it through them. I guess they like to Mark everything up. I know they’ll never get my business now. And that’s too bad since I have 10 cars here.

They are honest and reliable people. We have only been in Pa. for a few years. They have serviced our cars since we moved here. We highly recommend them.
