Updated review below! I highly recommend McFarlands. They got back to me quickly. Appointment times were available. I was very lucky to get Cody as my mechanic. He treated me with respect, kindness and professionalism. We agreed as to what was wrong with my Ford E350 Diesel. Fuel pump was big time broken. He had her fixed in a few hours. Kody did such a fantastic job finishing my job of swapping out a starter on our Dodge. He even replaced the battery with a highly rated battery, and replaced one of the clamps. This vehicle required a lot of TLC, and received it. He even made sure the coolant was good. Kody stayed in contact with me, and made sure the job was completed within our budget. Great job performed proficiently. We are pleased and will use McFarland's again. Highly recommended as they come to you, or in their shop. Kody came to our house to work on our vehicle. Truly some good people! Back in June my car suddenly stopped accerlating while on the road. I called the shop from down the street, it was a Saturday, and they immediately got me in. My kia needed a tune up badly and they also replaced my ac system compressor. Was a spendy repair! They were fair on pricing and had it fixed the next day!!!! Saved me hundreds on a rental car! They also did a full inspection and let me know my brakes were due but that the car was now running great! Fast forward to this week. I finally had the funds to fix the front brakes (times are rough on us single parents right now). Called yesterday to see what appts might be available. This business is fabulous! I live outside of Salem in the mountains...not a lot of options for car repair services...found these guys on Google and was not sure if they service my area let alone around the holidays. It was New Years eve day when I called them. They were able to service my car within a few hours after I called them and able to complete their service before I was expected to be at work. They were fast, efficient, polite and available in my desperate time of need! Pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company. I have lived all over the US and have never came across a car repair service as competent and genuine as these guys. I will definitely use this company again should I need any future car repair. They were awesome. Easy to schedule, on time, friendly and super knowledgeable. Just a great experience and I highly recommend if you need any mechanical assistance. Preston was great. My jeep is back to perfection and running smooth… as well as up for sale now!
