McGee/TTC

They are absolutely fantastic. Driving home, we inadvertently ran over debris on the highway. It turned out to be fallen debris. It was a 48 to 54 inches 2x4 that somehow got wedged behind the passenger rear wheel. I got off the highway and they were the first retailer I saw. Stopped in and they removed it and then inspected the underbody to ensure the vehicle was safe. Everyone was friendly, professional and most importantly caring. You will not find a more trustworthy establishment.

Awesome service! Gage Albritton is the best! Battery died on my truck and had no way of getting anywhere. Called McGee in Lakeland and Gage actually picked me up and brought me to the shop to purchase new battery and took me back to my truck with battery in hand. He did not charge me a dime for making sure I was safe with new battery. He is a great man. Love the service!

It is refreshing to run across someone that goes out of their way to do things the right way, while performing an adjustment on my vehicle they ran into an issue and did what it took to make it right. They kept me informed at all times during the repair and went out of their way to locate the parts needed to complete the repair.

Got me in day of to align my Class A RV tires. I had them installed at the McGee in Tampa but that facility didn’t have the equipment to do the alignment so the two offices worked together to get me in quickly. Great service. Reasonable prices. They do quotes over the phone too so that was nice. Quotes over the phone were exactly what was charged when they were done too.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Ronnie and Trey went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Ronnie explained all my options clearly and even made sure I got the best deal possible. Trey handled the install quickly and double-checked everything before handing back the keys — top-notch attention to detail. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and efficient. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family these days, but that’s exactly how Ronnie and Trey operate.
