Parts customer service needs training on customer service. Ordered a part worth, a label was created and it was never shipped. The guy in parts hung up on us twice saying he wasn't going to be yelled at. May have been firm but I never yelled or cursed. Train your men to have more respect when a customer is frustrated.

Nightmare trying to pick up a part that we bought. Called ahead the day before, was not given any notice that we wouldn't be able to pick it up *using the vehicle the part was meant for* without an appointment to have it installed. Got the run around talking with different people and being told to park and wait various places around the building, tried for as long as we could but left empty-handed.

Echoing many other reviews. The parts department has terrible customer service and was a nightmare to communicate with. Borderline scam. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership but will be taking my future business elsewhere.

They do good work, BUT ever since McGrath took over service prices skyrocketed and they no longer have percent discounts when your car needs multiple services - they simply add a $100 off, which is nothing.

Sergei has provided very good service. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. We had great experience at McGrath Elmhurst Toyota.
