MCJ TIRE REPAIR

These guys really came through for me in a big way. I’m from out of town (7 hrs away) and during my visit cracked a CV axel in the middle of nowhere about 1.5 hrs outside of Moab. I had to hike 3 miles back just to get cell service to call a wrecker. My vehicle couldn’t be towed into town until well after they closed on a Friday night. They agreed to do the work on a Saturday, did it quickly, and didn’t overcharge me. Incredibly grateful and appreciate their kindness, courtesy, and integrity.

They really bailed us out and saved our vacation. We blew a tire while in Arches in the e late afternoon. He stayed open an hour after closing time to take a look at it, advise us of our options and did the replacement efficiently and professionally. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Got a flat tire on US 191 North on my way to Salt Lake City, and it could’ve easily turned into a stressful day. I called MCJ, and the owner, Marco, was incredibly pleasant and helpful from the start. He understood the situation right away and made sure we were taken care of. He sent Jose out to help us, and Jose was quick, professional, and really friendly. The whole experience was smooth, reassuring, and far better than I expected for a roadside emergency. I’m extremely grateful for their fast response and great customer service. Highly recommend MCJ if you ever need tire assistance in the area!

I want to thank the guys from this company! We came from Russia to see America. During the trip, we got a flat tire, the weekend started and we couldn't find anyone who could fix it. Due to the fact that we don't speak English well. They tried to cheat us out of money at another tire shop, asking $150 for the work. It's good that we found these guys! The guys quickly and efficiently pulled out a metal fragment from the wheel and patched the hole in 15 minutes!!! I thank the craftsmen for their good work!!! We paid $43 and drove all the way to Los Angeles without any problems! Honest, fast and cool craftsmen, thank you!

Came in after being on the road for a while. My tires needed to be changed and out of all the shops in Moab this is the only shop that had trailer tires that did not needed to be ordered. I have an A-Liner Camper and it uses 175 80/13. Not only are they fast with there work it is family owned! Not only friendly over the phone , yet in person as well. Thank you Marcus for your help your an amazing guy. I defiantly recommend this shop over all the Moab tire shops! From the Traveling Truck Show!
