Feb 2026. Our car died in Arches National Park, luckily right in the visitors center parking lot. Mike was quick to confirm it was just a dead battery and nothing worse. He arrived in under an hour and got us back on the road, even waited to make sure we got out of the lot safe. Nothing but 5 star reviews for a reason!

Called Mike as my older van was having some issues and I’m 1500 miles from home. Mike had me up and running in 45 minutes. He is super nice and more affordable than going to a shop. I highly recommend! 5 stars all day long!

Mike absolutely saved my weekend, I managed to shear 7 of the 8 studs on my front passenger wheel, he was able to come out that morning and had me back on the road asap, all the shops basically told me good luck so he was an enormous blessing in my life. My truck wouldn't start, and I was stuck in a parking lot. Mike was able to meet me within 30 minutes, and diagnosed the problem in seconds (needed a new starter). He found the necessary part, rushed out to buy it, and was able to swap out the faulty starter in less than an hour. I thought this truck-hiccup would be a huge inconvenience to an already busy Monday! Mike saved my day.

My girlfriend and I were broken down on BLM land with a busted lower ball joint and cv axel on our 4Runner. After hours of trying to rig up some rachet straps to limp it to the pavement, we decided to give it a rest and we were going call a tow truck the next morning. Thank goodness we called Mike first!! He answered my call at 6:45am and was very helpful and friendly. I sent him some pictures of the damage and he was out there with the parts we needed in about an hour. He replaced the ball joint and axle on the spot and we were good to go. CALL MIKE BEFORE YOU CALL A TOW TRUCK! He saved us a lot of money since most places charge $250+ an hour to recover your vehicle on dirt roads.
