McKee's Auto Center & 24 Hour Towing

These guys were excellent with me. I work 2 hours from home and live an hour away from Tifton and I had car trouble on interstate 75 and car was completely disabled. Luckily it happened inside close to Tifton. They were quick to send a tow truck to rescue me and we went in to the shop where they had my car fixed that same day! Very impressed with their service. It was a serpentine belt and wham, bam, fixed. As bad of a day that I was having, they made this part easy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. They noticed something else on my vehicle that needs to be repaired but they told me about it and quoted me on repair costs but didn’t try to force it down my throat which was refreshing. I was stranded on what is, most likely, the second busiest stretch of highway in Tifton, GA. From the middle turn lane, cars were zooming by me on each side. I called 4 tow truck companies. Most were busy. One could be there in 2 hours....before doing the right thing and calling McKees Towing. Von was there loading up my suv in 20 minutes. He was not gruff like some drivers. He was, in fact, awesome! ..and the rate was great, as well!

Excellent service! The only reason I am giving it a 4star instead of a 5star is due to mechanic forgetting to tighten ONLY 1 bolt on my alternator. Otherwise, service was wonderful. They got the job done and the price was great for the work including my aggravation! Me not knowing too much about a car they also gave me the reassurance I needed to understand the job was done correctly. I will be taking my car back for more services to be done. GET IN WITH MCKEE’S AUTO REPAIR SHOP! They won’t let you down.

Very convenient, they had me a tow within the hour. The shop was able to take me in even though they were backed up. I was traveling home and my truck was shutting off, they spent time diagnosing and finally found the issues. Fixed and back on the road. VERY FAIR PRICING, helpful staff. Would recommend

I have a mustang that needed a engine I had been dealing with my NIGHTMARE of a warranty company for about 7 months so I take my car from the shop it was at because they told me my id still owe 3500 after my warranty I took my car here and Shane has been nothing more than amazing I really don’t believe anyone else would’ve put in the effort that these people did to work with me and go through so much trouble negotiating and arguing back and forth with my warranty company until they succeeded!! I highly recommend Mckees for any and everything! These people are great and I’d go back anytime!
