I'm giving them an F grade; they're useless as electromechanical technicians. My 2017 vehicle was only taken in to have a sensor replaced, and they damaged all the wiring that ran along the side of the gas tank. And if that wasn't enough, they also burned out the gas tank sensor by running jumper wires from the computer to the back of the vehicle where the damaged sensor was located. Now I CAN'T DRIVE MY VEHICLE BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED... The damage they caused was so extensive that only God knows how long I'll be without a car... Thanks, McKenzie Mechanix LLC.👎🏽

Most reasonably priced shop I could find to put on rear rotors I bought. Did a great job, good communication but they are busy.

I had an air conditioner problem and took it to several shops. None of them could solve the issue. The resolution was to replace the entire cooling system. McKenzies took the project with a solution to replace just 2 parts and initially didn't get it right, but worked until the issue was resolved at no additional cost. Integrity comes to mind when I think about the experience.

Absolutely outstanding service! I brought my car in for suspension repairs and alignment. They gave me a fair estimate with no surprises. This place has definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommended!
