Went in for an oil change and tire rotation 10 minutes after they opened. Three customers in front of me. Nearly an hour later, they had not started on my vehicle. No doubt that I would have waited another hour. To spend all morning at Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation was not an option. I left and went down the road to Gateway. The Service manager was friendly and had my truck in the service bay within five minutes. I will only use Mclarty for warranty work. Makes me wish I never bought a Ford - at least in Texarkana.

I arrived at 7am and they took my car immediately for oil change and tire rotation. I left at 820 am. Please change name from quick lube to turtle lane. Part of problem is employee wife brought everyone mechanic a soft drink from Sonic in PJs and house slippers she went in garage area. Not safe.

I was passing thru Texarkana and needed my oil changed in my Ford rv. I stopped in to ask if they could accommodate me. Sonia told me they could do it right away. I want to thank her for getting my vehicle serviced. Great people.
