McLarty Ford Service

Have to put a plug in for McLarty Ford Service. I’ve been using them for over 20 years, but my service last week was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had from them, or any dealership. It was so easy, and I never had to leave my house. I went online, found a day and time that suited me, and selected their COMPLIMENTARY Pickup & Delivery service. The day of the service appointment they sent a valet attendant to pickup my truck an hour before my service appointment time. They texted me when he was on his way, providing his name and a live map showing his location enroute. I just met him (very nice guy), handed over my keys, chatted a bit, and he was on his way. I had a question about one item I listed dealing with my headlights. So, the Service Advisor called me to talk about it.

Made a call to have my Oil changed with the question if they took the Endurance warranty & the gentleman said yes so we scheduled for a time to come in & was told to check in with Andrea, arrived a little early asked for this person & it was apparent that she had a attitude, proceeded to give her my info & my Warranty paper. She immediately said they don't take that I in turn said the gentleman that set up the appointment said y'all did & scheduled it, she then said I would have to pay the full $91 up front 1st & then have the warranty to reimburse me cuz they can't get their money from them. So am I hearing this right she just said they don't take it yet they can't get paid by them so which is it!!! I'm thinking this to myself. I then ask could she call the Ford house in Marshall, Tx to

These guys in typical fashion try to upsale all kinds of extra services for which they charge way too much for told me the car needed air filter and cabin air filter I declined they did it any way charging nearly 200 more dollars I made them remove the filters and install the old ones and just paid for the 79 oil change went to the auto parts store spent 60 dollars for both filters and to 15min to change in what world do you charge 140 dollars for 15 min of work?!!!

The team was exceptionally helpful and efficiently resolved our problem. We are highly satisfied and grateful for the top-notch service. We can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership! My last review I gave them 5 stars. New management, fair market prices, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. See a gentleman named Ben, he will take good care of you. Another 5 stars!!
