Contacted the dealership after hours on Saturday night. Jeannie contacted me promptly Monday morning. By noon I had the deal I wanted hassle free. Jeannie delivered the truck to me promptly the next day, 100 miles away, after having it detailed and took my trade back with her. Over all easily the best and simplest buying experience I’ve had with a vehicle and I’ve been involved with over 20 vehicle purchases.

Mr. Dansby is hands down the best salesman ever. He assured me I was in good hands, and in less than a week, I was driving a brand new Ford Explorer — delivered right to my front door. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations.

I would not recommend McLarty Ford at 3232 Summerhill Rd, Texarkana, TX 75503. I purchased a 2020 Ford Mustang EcoBoost on July 24, 2024. At the time of purchase, I was told they could not locate the second key but that it would be replaced. The salesman, Jack, stated they had lost it and would take care of it. Nearly two years later, I still have not received the second key that was promised and written into my contract. I called multiple times and even visited the dealership in person to resolve this. Each time, I was told to contact the warranty company. The warranty company confirmed this issue was not covered and advised me to contact the dealership again.
