McMahan Tire Service

Liars, unprofessional, and rude people. I placed an order through the Fixgo app. I had an appointment before 4:30 p.m. to pick up my tires. When I was already on my way, they called to cancel because the manager had to leave early. I made another appointment the next day at 12 p.m. When I arrived, they had already returned my tires to Fixgo and canceled my order. The installer thinks he's a tough guy who only insults people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Got flat tire with a subject towards the side and this shop was closer to me not driving to the company that installed the tires month ago. Very quickly the worker took off the tire and back to put it back in less than a minute saying it is ready. He plugged the hole. Days later my tire was low pressure and I went back to the company that installed it and they found the leak in the plug itself. So they can’t fix it now I have to replace the tire again. Surprise me they brought back the tire and show me the old fix and the subject still there as in the photo. I took back the tire and showed it to the shop owner and they then they want try to fix it again not feeling any sorry about the job they did. Attention to detail isn't their strong suit. I had told the front desk that I needed my front tires replaced because not only were they old, but the passenger side had a nail. So they ordered a pair and had them replaced. All's good, right? They took the bad tires and replaced my good rear tires that I had done just 3 weeks ago with them, and placed the new tires to front. So I still have a tire with a nail, and my new-ish tires are still with them now. Touting "we don't do anything dangerous here" yet not inspecting the tire themselves is literally dangerous.

Came in today to get my tire patched, ended up being a bad valve stem. They took great care of me 10/10 customer service.

I had a good experience at McMahan Tires. My low tire pressure indicator went off while I was driving to work in the rain, and I discovered a nail causing the issue. Luckily, McMahan Tires was nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, once they got to my car, the service to remove the nail and patch it up was quick and efficient.
