The best car buying experience we’ve ever had. They were able to do all the financing over the phone told us what we were approved for. We then looked at vehicles in our price range and when we showed up to test drive the vehicles Eduardo was fantastic. We were in and out in a little over an hour. We felt that he was upfront and honest, gave us his honest opinions but wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles. Highly recommend!!

From day one, the customer service with this dealership and Auto Now Financial has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every interaction felt hostile instead of helpful. I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle stalling and shutting off, which is a serious safety concern. I took the car to two independent repair shops, and neither could diagnose the issue. Instead of working with me, I was told I had to bring the car only to their shop — something that is not stated in my contract. On top of that, a bi-weekly payment that was deferred was later increased without explanation, and when I tried to correct it, I was ignored for days. The process was quick, easy and efficient. I was able to secure financing and drive away while paying a down payment that was adequate. Since purchasing the vehicle a host of issues were brought to my attention. The service warranty covered the issues, but the service department seems to lack adequate experience with vehicles. My car was not 2 weeks old and it malfunctioned on me. MCMC offers no accommodations to assist when your vehicle needs repair. They need you to drop off your vehicle with no estimated time for completion, and it has to have a half tank of gas each time you bring it, the warranty also requires you pay a $250 deductible with each service occurrence. They worked with me on lonesome approved quick, upon arrival I. Was out the door with a new car in less than an hour. Eduardo made everything super simple and streamlined the process. They were helpful and moving quickly to work out the best car fit everyone at the dealership. The car had an issue after I left that night but the service center is taking the car in to check it out. The warranty provided is a huge relief. All in all I would recommend MCMC Auto to anyone looking for a used car. Mine was very gently used. It’s like getting a brand new car.
