It’s taken me a bit to post this, but here goes. The folks at McMinnville Transmission were nothing short of professional and very kind . “Momma” (who works the front desk) was very sweet and explained the entire process. Her son (who runs the shop) was extremely pleasant and took the time from his busy schedule to explain everything I would need to know. My 2015 Ford Edge was fixed with a new transmission much quicker than I had expected and has been running great, including a weekend trip to St. Louis I recommend McMinnville Transmission to anyone looking for superb service and to be treated fairly and with respect.

I’m not basing this review on the work done on my transmission it seems to be working fine and I’ve put over 12,000 miles on it since the rebuild. This review is because I asked for an out the door price and was told $3,850 given the ridiculous amount that prices had inflated I said ok and took the truck in for the work. Upon picking the truck up the amount I was told I owed was not the out the door price I had been told of $3,850 even after deducting taxes it was well over the expected 10% threshold. Still that wasn’t enough for me to write a review even though it wasn’t what I was told upfront they added on some unexpected changes. Very nice people , they took time out of their busy day to hook my car up to a code reader to give me peace of mind bc I felt a new car I bought wasn’t acting right . IMO that’s great customer service , lady at the front is very sweet and Bo ( the guy that checked my car with the code reader seems like he knows what he’s talking about ) which I’m sure they are very good at what they do . They have been there for awhile and I’m sure it’s bc they do good work ! Thank y’all once again !

Probably one of the best transmission shops around this area and further. Took my 2004 H2 Hummer there with a transmission problem and they also fixed an oil leak that I had at no extra charge but for parts. Would recommend this shop to anybody that is needing transmission work done. I wish I could give them 10 Stars

My truck wasn't shifting, and the guys narrowed it down to being a computer problem. Didn't end up charging me! They pointed me towards a different shop that was better set up to diagnose the computer. Highly recommend!
