I brought my truck in for an issue. Todd (Service Advisor) and Patrick (Mechanic) have been extremely great and informing me on the issues that could be happening and were able to help me resolve that issue. I also want to give a compliment to Josh Salisbury (Finance Manager) being very professional and providing great service in helping me with my warranty for my truck. Also, shouting Josh out again for helping me get my truck back in 2021. My truck is still running great. Overall McMullen Ford has great service compared to other dealerships that I have been to. Thank you.

Had our truck in the service department and while deciding about the truck issues, we decided to trade it in. I went to the sales floor and a nice gentleman opened the door for me. Gage Kline was that salesman and ready to help. I wanted to meet Mr McMullen, so that was really nice and filled him in on our situation with a trade, ect. ,Gage was very personable and my husband and him had a great buying process and Gage's, customer care was awesome! Our finance manager, DJ, was great also!!! We LOVE our 2026 Tremor!! Thank you Scott McMullen and the team you had making the process a good experience!

I really wanted to give them a 5 star rating but unfortunately, a couple of things are preventing this. The $70k truck we purchased used had a scratch on the door that was noted and supposed to be fixed for us. We were called that the truck was ready to be picked up. We live an hour away. We picked up the truck assuming the scratch was fixed only to find that it had not been fully corrected. I reached back out after realizing the scratch was not fixed and have not had a reply from the salesperson. Another blemish discovered at home that wasn’t pointed out.

Sent in 10' Ford Escape with power steering sensor issue. Was told the Alternator, battery and steering sensor were all bad and the cause and would cost - $2100. Being a prior mechanic, reviewed the 3 items mentioned - the battery in the car was below AMP specs - replaced. hooked up my personal Diag. - set the angle sensor to 0, and recalibrated the sensor. Everything functioning fine for over a week without issue. The battery AMPS may have caused the issue, the sensor is fine, and the alternator is charging properly. Very disappointing.. whether a manager out for profit, or trusting a rushed tech. dealership $2100 really cost me - $207 dealership diag. & 160$ for a battery and fix.

I worked with Ian Veatch, and there were no high pressure sales tactics and no funny business, everything was straightforward and upfront. I was able to get everything done in just a couple hours then I was on the road in my new truck. I had previously brought a work truck to this dealership for service, so I already had a good opinion of them, but now I have a great opinion. Thanks!
