If I could give more stars I would. I was driving from Kansas City to Indianapolis when the alternator in my car failed and my battery died, leaving my four kids and I stranded near Warrenton. McRoberts worked efficiently to immediately get a new alternator before they were sure I needed one to be sure they would be able to get my car finished and back on the road. They offered to get us lunch while we waited, offered a ride to a hotel if we needed it, but then stayed late so that we wouldn’t. They let us hang out in their kitchen for hours, were patient and kind to me and my kids every step of the way. When my car was ready they showed me the problem, talked about other potential issues, took extra time to fix little missing things and filled fluids just to make sure we would be safe on o

Yesterday was my first time visiting McRoberts Motors.I stopped in to check out their new line of UTV's. Scott spent the better part of 2 hours showing me his new lineup and explaining the differences in each model. I test drove 4 different UTV's and chose the best one for my needs and budget. At no time did Scott try to pressure me in making my decision or steering me to a higher priced model. The experience was pleasant and Scott and his wife Melanie went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I'll be taking my new UTV there for all of its upcoming maintenance and it would be the only place I'd go to, if I was looking to upgrade in the future. A very positive experience and I would highly recommend McRoberts Motors to anyone looking to purchase a new UTV.

At first I was pretty nervous about going through a dealership and the crazy assumptions about salesman's. But Scott and Melanie McRoberts are wonderful people, very down to earth. I truly enjoyed our interactions together, Amazing service, clean, great vehicles. They are very thorough about their inventory, it's a family owned business. We should support more family owned business! They told me what I can do or go to get what I need and it was so quick and painless.
